Who are the men on your splash page?
That would be Tor and Desya.
Wait. Tor has purple hair!
Well, you can't stay with one hair cut forever. o_o Also, purple dye and bleach is really hard to come by on the islands. XD; Tor's hair is naturally very dark brown with some loose blonde highlights in it. He's just stopped dying and spiking it, since he feels he's "grown out of" the old style.
Yeah, okay, assuming that's Tor, who's the bird, and why's he wearing warpaint?
The bird is the physical manifestation of Tor's Voice. In most pictures I draw, it's a 10-foot-tall anthromorphic blue bird of some type. But, I like to make fun of it and say it's a parakeet. In this case, it's a parakeet/christmas tree hybrid. >_> YEEAAAH.
As for the "war paint", it's not supposed to look like war paint. It's blood. Because the Voice doesn't like either one of them. :D So it beat them up. XD
Okay, and the christmas tree/parakeet would be holding... a valentine?
Hah hah. e_e No, that's the ten of swords, Tor's significator when he throws tarot. It's also one of the death cards, and generally just a very not-shiny painful one.
Okay, done tearing apart your splash page. What about this "The Rabbit"? What's up with her?

My name is Lindsay Buck, but friends call me Lilu or L. I'm 20 years old. I live in Berks County, PA, USA, where I work in childcare. I go to community college on an 'as my brain thinks it needs higher education' basis. Yes, I really am this cynical in real life.

XD Okay, so no one's ever said that to me. I'm flattering myself. Actually, I like looking for new story-adoptions around the internet. If you know of any, let me know, especially if they're active ones. ^^ There comes a time when I have too many bishen stories on my plate, and the clarus and suva aren't coming. >_> And that's when I'll need back-up sites.
