Appearance: Velma is thin, lithe, and gorgeous, as well as being quite capable of melting into one role one day, a second the next. Her face is neither striking nor bold, but it's also not plain or common. She has a subtle beauty and a pleasant smile. She also has more clothes than the common department store, and loves all that glitters in the world. She wears her hair in a different style every day, careful not to wear it quite the same way too often. She enjoys long, flowing dresses made of colorful silks, and she has an extensive shoe collection, though she often goes barefoot or in soft slippers, lest she be needed to perform at a moment's notice. She also uses reading glasses, and is more than happy to spend hours pouring over books, texts, and maps.
Personality: She has a fluid personality to match her fluid appearance. She can be quiet, reserved one day and the next fierce and passionate, depending on the roles necessary for her to play. Left to her own devices, she is calm, composed, but also quick of thought and quite decisive. She loves to perform for any audience, and she's prone to make up complicated cover stories, just to see how quickly she's seen through. She loves the finer things in life, and she's quite content to whore herself out to the other side to make sure that her tastes are tended to.
Discernable Traits/Notes: Velma has had no less than fifteen husbands, all of which met unfortunate ends insofar as tragic accidents and illnesses, though none have died of the same affliction twice. She's quite a bit smarter than she looks. She has a certain fondness for Templeton.
